Renato Rufus

Renato is the founder and CEO of Simple Investments.

Background

Renato has worked in the stock market for almost 20 years. He started out as a junior broker, but soon progressed to elite dealer at small cap specialist EFML. As a senior stock broker he was involved in early-stage capital fundraising for AIM companies.

“Thanks to this background I have been lucky enough to be witness to some of the most successful stock market flotations AIM has ever seen”.

Apart from his commercial duties as MD of Simple Investments, Renato is also involved with the local business community having been President of the Godalming & District Chamber of Commerce for the last three years.

He is married with two children and although he says his sporting days are behind him, he still managed to complete three marathons (New York '00, London '01 and London '09)...only just !
