Probate Valuations
- Valuations are produced in accordance with IHT 200 and relevant D schedules.
- All valuations will include details of dividends where necessary.
- Depending on the estate we aim to deliver valuations within 5 working days.
Probate Administration
- We will register the death with the relevant registrars.
- All holdings will be reconciled and verified.
- Information is provided on any name changes or reorganisations.
- Notification will be made of any indemnities required due to any missing certificates and we will assist firms to obtain replacement certificates.
- Grants of Probate will be registered with the relevant registrars.
- We shall assist in the transfer of assets from deceased to executors / beneficiaries.

- Once the transfer is complete we can offer a full advisory service to the beneficiaries relating to portfolio.
