Where possible, we try to begin as many of our customer relationships with a preliminary face-to-face meeting. However, where this is not possible we will conduct a detailed conversation over a telephone call.

The meeting or conversation helps both parties to establish the parameters within which the relationship will operate, whilst simultaneously assisting us to better understand our customers' objectives.
